Bitcoin keeps whipsawing around $77,000, and ETF investors are doing the same

US spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted $101.2 million on September 2, following $236.5 million in outflows the prior day. This irregular flow pattern marks four sessions where investors have oscillated between buying and selling, despite over $3 billion in fresh capital over 30 days. Ethereum, XRP and Solana ETFs recorded their first outflows in nearly two weeks, breaking consecutive inflow streaks of 12, 11 and 11 sessions that had accumulated approximately $1.62 billion, $170 million and $193 million respectively. Bitcoin’s price fluctuated between $77,300 and $80,268 during this period, gaining 22% over 30 days. The coming sessions will determine whether altcoin buying quickly resumes or if Bitcoin’s return to inflows signals a broader shift in ETF demand.
