The agreement reached on November 5 between Tether and RedStone gives issuers using the Hadron platform access to price feeds, net asset value data and an auction-based settlement service. To accelerate withdrawals of their tokens, approved buyers will provide immediate funds, acquire the assets at a discount and wait for the issuer’s standard redemption process. RedStone also plans near-instant voluntary redemptions but has not specified the deployment schedule, committed liquidity or settlement volumes actually executed. Potential buyer funding sources include liquid restaking capital, on-demand stablecoin minting, institutional over-the-counter desks and dedicated settlement vaults. Liquidity will therefore depend on providers’ capacity to offer acceptable prices, while persons located, resident or incorporated in the United States are excluded from the service.
