Aerodrome, the leading decentralized exchange on Coinbase’s Base blockchain, launched liquidity pools for tokenized shares of Nvidia, Apple, Meta, and Google on August 24, enabling 24/7 trading. Cumulative trading volume across the four equity pools reached approximately $103 million, with daily peaks hitting about $27 million. The NVDAc liquidity pool launched with initial liquidity of around $957,000, and the AERO governance token rose approximately 11% to $0.53 following the announcement. These tokens, built on Coinbase’s B20 standard and backed 1:1 by actual shares held in regulated custody under Abu Dhabi Global Market regulations, showed an average weekend price change of 0.39%, closely matching Monday’s traditional market open. The service is currently available only to eligible users outside the United States.
