Canary Capital filed an amended prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a staked INJ ETF that would trade on Nasdaq under the ticker INJC if approved. The fund would hold INJ tokens and stake at least 90% of its assets with third-party providers to validate transactions and earn staking rewards. It would charge a 1.10% annual management fee and allocate 30% of staking rewards to fees, with net rewards reinvested so that the share price reflects both INJ’s value and accumulated rewards. The Injective Foundation committed to buy up to $15 million of fund shares in INJ, while the filing accounts for Injective’s 21-day unbonding period.
