Payward, the parent company of the Kraken exchange, plans to use Hyperliquid as infrastructure to deploy regulated perpetual futures markets for U.S. clients through HIP-3. The arrangement remains subject to regulatory approval, while Bitnomial, Payward’s designated contract market and derivatives clearing organization, would create, administer, clear, and settle the markets. The HIP-3 update allows deployers to configure permissioned markets through an onchain allowlist managed by the deployer. HYPE fell to $74.50 and is testing its 100-day moving average at $75.61 and the key structural level at $75.17. A daily close below $75 would signal a bearish trend shift, although selling pressure remains moderate and trading volume is below recent highs.
