Les sept cofondateurs d’Anthropic détiennent chacun environ 240 millions d’actions, valorisées entre 13,7 et 14,4 milliards de dollars au prix de 58,90 dollars de la série H. Ensemble, ils possèdent environ 10 % de l’entreprise and the issue could see their fortunes rise to between 27 and 29 billion dollars if Anthropic reaches the roughly 2 trillion dollars valuation cited by Wall Street. The seven co-founders have pledged to donate 80 % of their personal equity to philanthropic causes, although the pledges are voluntary and revocable. Donating the shares will not eliminate their voting control, because their company retains 50.1 % of the votes through the Founder LLC as long as each founder keeps at least 2 % of their Class A shares. Anthropic has not yet disclosed the offering price, the number of shares to be sold or the final post-offering share count.
