Nevis, a New York-based company founded in 2024 by Mark Swan, Philipp Burda and Ivan Chalov, three former Revolut executives, raised $70 million in Series B funding, valuing it at $500 million. Its AI-agent software automates meeting preparation, note-taking and client onboarding, with the goal of taking over up to 80% of advisors’ administrative workload. The platform integrates with customer relationship management systems and custodians such as Schwab and Fidelity without requiring data migration. Nevis says it now supports platforms managing up to $700 billion in assets, compared with more than $50 billion at its launch in late 2025, largely through a partnership with Focus Financial Partners. The company employs about 70 people and previously raised $40 million across two funding rounds; its tools could allow advisors to serve more clients, although AI-generated notes and records must meet compliance standards.
