Keystone Wallet reported unauthorized access to its official website on October 20, resulting in the exposure of customer data. The compromised information included names, contact details, shipping addresses and order information, but no payment card data, wallet passwords, recovery phrases or private keys. Keystone blocked the access, patched the vulnerability, launched an investigation and began contacting affected clients. The breach heightens security concerns across the industry after tampered Ledger devices were linked to more than $86 million in suspected crypto thefts and a Trezor incident that affected more than 80,000 US customers.
