Cardano Foundation partners with University of Nicosia for blockchain course

The Cardano Foundation has partnered with the University of Nicosia to support its free online course on blockchain and digital assets for the Fall 2026 semester. The foundation will sponsor 25 spots in the paid Advanced Track, each valued at 199 euros, and send guest speakers including technical writer John Greene and Patrick Tobler of Masumi Network. The course, launched in 2014, has reached more than 150,000 students from over 120 countries. Enrollment opened on September 24, 2026, with classes starting on September 28. Advanced Track participants will receive a Trezor Model T hardware wallet and a blockchain-verifiable certificate upon completion.
