Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley and MetaMask CEO Joseph Lubin both believe the crypto winter is over. Speaking to CNBC on the sidelines of TOKEN2049, Horsley attributed the recovery to sellers exiting the market and the sector’s growing maturity.
