Isomorphic Labs, the AI drug discovery company spun out of Google DeepMind and backed by Alphabet, is reportedly in early talks to raise money at a valuation of at least $40 billion, more than double its previous valuation of $17.5 billion. The company has raised approximately $2.7 billion in disclosed external funding, including a $2.1 billion Series B in May 2026 and a $600 million Series A in March 2025. Its partnerships with Eli Lilly, Novartis, and Johnson & Johnson carry potential milestone payments exceeding $3 billion combined. The company has not yet dosed any patients and plans to start first-in-human trials by the end of 2026.
