Andrew Cuomo, former New York governor and OKX board member, is urging the crypto industry to balance its political support between Democrats and Republicans to achieve durable federal legislation. Cuomo warns against relying on agency actions, which can reverse quickly after an election. The former governor joined OKX’s board in July 2026 and co-chairs a joint venture with Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), parent company of the NYSE, focused on tokenized assets.
