Stocks making the biggest moves midday: Tesla, Broadcom, Nike, ON Semiconductor & more

Tesla surged 5% after reporting third-quarter deliveries above expectations, with 486,532 vehicles delivered versus 461,100 expected. Broadcom gained more than 3% following an agreement to lend Anthropic up to $42 billion to finance infrastructure purchases. Nike fell nearly 6% after missing quarterly revenue expectations with a 4% sales decline due to declines in China and layoffs announced for 2027. ON Semiconductor jumped more than 5% and Synaptics surged 14% after revising the buyout offer to $123 per share, or $5.7 billion. Seagate Technology and Western Digital both tumbled 13% after Toshiba announced it would double its hard disk drive production capacity for data centers with a $380 million investment.
