Dallas-based asset manager Strive purchased 1,107 BTC for approximately $94.5 million between Sept. 21 and Sept. 25 at an average price of $85,396 per coin, according to a Form 8-K filed Monday with the SEC. The company now holds 27,462 BTC, valued at roughly $2.3 billion at Friday’s closing price. Eighty-five percent of the capital raised came from SATA preferred stock, including $12.4 million from warrant exercises. Strive remains the fifth-largest public Bitcoin holder and would need roughly 1,235 BTC per week to catch Twenty One Capital (43,514 BTC) by year-end.
