Cathie Wood Calls the $1.75 Trillion SpaceX IPO a Bargain: Here’s Why

Cathie Wood, founder of ARK Invest, argues that SpaceX’s $1.75 trillion IPO represents a bargain for investors. According to her calculations, a single Starship launch could generate approximately $1 billion in recurring Starlink revenue, with each vessel carrying roughly 61 terabits per second of network capacity. Projected forward, if SpaceX reaches its target of 10,000 flights per year by 2030, Starship alone would bring in $10 trillion annually. SPCE stock was priced at $135 in June before closing its first session at $161, but has since fallen below its IPO price. SpaceX has conducted only two Starship flights since the listing, far short of the envisioned cadence.
