At least 890 transactions failed with tec result codes while still burning fees, and Hussein Zangana, community director at the XRP Ledger Foundation, stated the pattern likely reflected throughput testing rather than genuine economic demand. The network absorbed the load without a fee spike thanks to its dynamic size limits, unlike Bitcoin’s fixed block caps.
