The company has tapped JPMorgan Chase as lead underwriter alongside Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. After shelving its initial filing in December 2023 due to market volatility, the firm is now moving forward and targeting high-net-worth individuals. Founded in 1980 by philanthropist Chuck Feeney, the firm has deployed over $121 billion since its inception and holds stakes in companies such as Anthropic and PhonePe.
