Yotta Data Services, the Indian data center company backed by Hiranandani Group, is preparing for an India listing in Q4 of fiscal year 2027, targeting a public offering of up to $400 million. The company aims for a total capital raise of $1 billion to $1.5 billion for fiscal year 2027, having already secured $150 million from high-net-worth individuals at a valuation of approximately $3.9 billion. Yotta plans to deploy roughly $7 billion in capital expenditure throughout 2026, with $3 billion already spent, to scale operational capacity to approximately 180 MW and expand its GPU inventory to around 85,000 units by the end of fiscal year 2027. The company’s long-term roadmap targets raising up to $8.5 billion by 2029 and scaling capacity from 180 MW to 800 MW, with approximately 75% of revenue expected to come from global clients operating from Indian data centers.
