Jurassic Finance, a Solana-based project that tokenizes ownership in dinosaur fossils, has completed a Blockworks Token Transparency Filing for its governance token $RAWR, now visible on over 350,000 Bloomberg Terminals. The project raised commitments exceeding $12.5 million during a permissionless ICO from May 8 to 15, 2026, surpassing an initial target of $200,000 by roughly 62 times. Token holders receive co-ownership in fossils, with each specimen wrapped in a Cayman Islands special purpose vehicle, along with 10% of origination fees in USDC and 5% of each SPV token supply. The first fossil, a Triceratops skull nicknamed Deaton, is targeting a $660,000 raise in USDC and was between 60% and 65% complete at last update.
