Dee Goens, co-founder of Zora, is replacing Jacob Horne as CEO after more than six years leading the company. The company has cut its workforce to fewer than 10 people and rebuilt its product around trading pairs on other networks rather than Creator Coins. Fees from the Base deployment dropped 99.4%, falling from $2.51 million in August 2025 to $14,768 last August. The ZORA token trades at $0.00814, down 94.4% from its record high of $0.1456 reached in August 2025, with a market capitalization of $36.3 million. Jacob Horne is leaving the company without specifying his next plans.
