Wallets holding at least 10 million XRP control 46.87 billion tokens, or about 68.5% of the total supply, the highest level since November 2022, according to Santiment. This accumulation comes as XRP struggles near $1.30, while exchange outflows reached around 5.3 billion XRP over 30 days, compared with 6 billion in October. The TD Sequential indicator has flashed a buy signal on the three-day chart, following rebounds of 31%, 24%, and 18% after the previous three similar signals. Meanwhile, U.S.-listed spot XRP funds recorded $3.61 million in outflows, while Evernorth is seeking to raise up to $80.7 million to buy more XRP and develop its activities across the ecosystem. Ripple is also expanding its corporate treasury platform with 24/7 payment services and a returns feature for eligible assets, including RLUSD.
