The XRP Ledger amendment fixCleanup3_4_0 was due to be activated on October 23 at 09:34 UTC after receiving support from 29 of 35 validators. On Wednesday, support briefly fell to 26 validators, resetting the approval process before the count recovered to 29. The 14-day countdown therefore restarted, moving the expected activation to November 4 at 14:46 UTC, with support subsequently rising to 31 validators. The threshold must be maintained at each checkpoint, roughly every 15 minutes, for 14 consecutive days. The XRPL server version 3.4.0 includes several improvements, notably closed-ended vaults and cash-basis accounting for LendingProtocolV1_1, which is currently open for voting with 54.29% support.
