XRP gets 26% share in Grayscale’s ‘next gen’ portfolio – No space for Bitcoin

Grayscale has launched four model portfolios for financial advisors, including the ‘Digital Assets Next Gen’ portfolio dedicated to cryptocurrencies beyond Bitcoin. XRP represents 26.11% of this portfolio, behind Ethereum (42.34%) and Solana (21.09%), with the three assets accounting for roughly 90% combined. Bitcoin has been excluded from this allocation, while the remaining 10% is spread across Hyperliquid, Chainlink, Avalanche, and Sui. XRP was trading at $1.40 at the time of reporting, up nearly 40% over the past month, compared to $76,846.10 for Bitcoin. The altcoin season index stands at 36, confirming Bitcoin’s dominance for now.
