xAI is leasing part of its GPU infrastructure to direct rivals, including Anthropic and Google, while its utilization rate stood at approximately 11 percent. Anthropic signed a contract for 1.25 billion dollars per month for the full capacity of Colossus 1, covering roughly 220,000 GPUs through May 2029, but with a 90-day termination clause. Google will access around 110,000 GPUs on Colossus 2 starting October 2026 for 920 million dollars monthly. An undisclosed customer is expected to contribute 1.11 billion dollars per month from December 2026. Forecasted annualized revenues could exceed 40 billion dollars by mid-2026.
