Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss presented at the Token2049 conference in Singapore a proposed spot Zcash ETF to be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker WINK. The annual sponsor fee would be set at 0.25%, ten times lower than the 2.5% charged by Grayscale’s rival product ZCSH. A hypothetical $10,000 investment held for a year would cost $25 in fees versus $250 with Grayscale. Winklevoss Capital Fund has expressed non-binding interest in purchasing up to $100 million of shares after launch. The SEC received a preliminary S-1 filing on October 6, 2026, though regulatory approval remains pending.
