Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss’s firm, Winklevoss Asset Services, filed a Form S-1 with the SEC on October 6, 2026, for a spot Zcash ETF. The proposed fund would directly hold ZEC tokens and trade on Nasdaq under the ticker WINK, with custody provided by Gemini Trust Company and a partnership with Cypherpunk Technologies. Grayscale launched the first US spot Zcash ETF, ticker ZCSH, on NYSE Arca on August 25, 2026, gathering over 500 million dollars in assets within roughly two weeks and charging a 2.5% management fee. The SEC’s decision in January 2026 to close its Zcash review without enforcement action cleared the path for these spot ETF products.
