Meta Platforms shares have declined 6% over the past month, pressured by the company’s substantial artificial intelligence investments. According to Evercore ISI analyst Mark Mahaney, Meta has a gross revenue opportunity of 22 billion dollars annually starting in 2027. This opportunity would come from selling its computing capacity, currently underutilized, in a context of persistent shortage of computational resources. Such an opportunity could trigger a 50% rally in the stock price.
