A bug in Limit Break’s Payment Processor V2 was exploited to steal NFTs, including 10 Meebits, 50 Otherdeeds, 10 World of Women and 235 Desperate Apewives. Security researchers conducted a whitehat operation that rescued a total of 23,155 NFTs worth more than $5.7 million. Approximately 660 WETH remain at risk and could not be recovered. Magic Eden, which stopped using Payment Processor V2 in October 2024, said no live listings were affected.
