Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano, has launched Quinelings, an experimental framework built around self-replicating programs packaged as code-based digital creatures. Each program includes a mathematical body based on attractors and can perform real tasks such as root finding and water volume calculations. The project features a Ranch where multiple creatures can be combined to produce offspring, though the system remains experimental and limited to local computation. Hoskinson is also developing a new programming language for Cardano to support intents and privacy-preserving computation using Groth16 proofs. On the market side, ADA trades around $0.22, down roughly 67% in the last year, and the NIGHT token is 66% below its all-time high.
