W Group has launched hashbank, a fully licensed universal digital bank combining traditional banking services with the open Web3 economy infrastructure. The platform, licensed by the National Bank of Georgia in 2023, currently serves approximately 60,000 customers across 73 countries and supports over 150 digital assets. Users can receive digital assets from external wallets, exchange them for fiat currency, and send assets to external blockchain addresses, all protected by authentication and compliance procedures. hashbank integrates directly with WhiteBIT (10 million users) and is part of the W Group ecosystem serving approximately 40 million users worldwide. The long-term goal is to build a global financial ecosystem combining banking, payments, digital assets, and international financial infrastructure.
