Trust Wallet confirmed on October 30, 2026, that its systems were unaffected by the security breaches at Binance and Polymarket, which occurred around October 29. The self-custody wallet is launching a comprehensive internal security review, with particular attention to AI-driven attacks. Binance reported an estimated $6.3 billion in unauthorized withdrawals, while Polymarket suffered unauthorized withdrawals estimated at $2.65 million to $2.73 million that affected 700 to 737 accounts. Trust Wallet plans to strengthen its standard operating procedures and harden its code, following a December 2025 supply-chain attack that drained about $8.5 million from 2,520 addresses.
