The 10-year yield rose 3 basis points to 5.307%, while the 30-year bond gained 4 basis points to 5.69%. Traders are pricing in a 78% chance that the Fed will keep interest rates unchanged at its next meeting, according to the CME Group’s FedWatch tool. The Treasury is set to auction $39 billion in 10-year notes on Wednesday.
