Ethereum plunged below $2,600 and XRP lost the $1.50 support, settling at $1.46. Among the hardest-hit altcoins were DOT (-9%), MNT (-10%), UNI (-8.5%), and ADA (-6.5%). The total cryptocurrency market cap shed over $60 billion in a single day, falling below $2.850 trillion.
