SolComms, a public relations firm based in New York and founded in 2023, launched its pioneering “Work from Anywhere August” program in August, allowing its 53 employees to work from anywhere in the world for a full month. Despite a usual policy requiring four days in the office, founder Bruno Solari, 33, spent the month himself in Spain before granting this flexibility to his entire team. Internal survey results show that 76% of employees reported being more productive, 90% maintained a satisfactory work-life balance, and 100% want the program to return in August 2027. Financially, the company saw revenue increase by 4% between July and August, then by 12% between August and September.
