Tesla reported 486,532 vehicle deliveries in the third quarter of 2025, up from 480,126 in the second quarter but down approximately 2% from 497,099 deliveries in the same period last year. The company produced 464,391 vehicles during the quarter and deployed 13.7 GWh of energy storage products, including Megapack and Megablock systems, compared to 12.5 GWh a year ago. This delivery figure exceeded analysts’ expectations, which were around 461,100 units according to StreetAccount consensus. The automaker faces increasing pressure from Chinese EV makers like BYD and Xiaomi, and its stock has declined 21% year-to-date. Tesla will report third-quarter earnings on October 21 after market close.
