Tech giant Oracle integrates with Swift blockchain ledger to connect banks’ tokenized deposits

Share

Oracle is integrating its financial-services technology with Swift’s blockchain ledger to enable banks to connect their tokenized deposit systems across institutions. The integration allows financial institutions to use their own tokenized deposit infrastructure while supporting both traditional and digital-asset payments through a unified operating model. Swift’s ledger will coordinate cross-bank payment activity, helping banks support real-time cross-border payments, programmable payment services and digital asset transactions. Oracle’s solutions, including Oracle Blockchain Platform and Oracle Banking Payments, will provide the technological foundation for this connection, linking blockchain-based payment flows with existing ISO 20022 processing systems.
