T. Rowe Price, a $1.9 trillion asset manager, has filed a new free writing prospectus with the SEC for its TKNZ fund, the first actively managed multi-token spot exchange-traded product approved in the US. The fund, traded on NYSE Arca, initially holds Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, XRP and Solana, with Bitcoin allocation ranging from 30% to 80% depending on manager decisions. The stated goal is to outperform the FTSE Crypto US Listed Index across market cycles. Management fees start at 0.75% and rise to 0.90% after May 2027. The firm follows in the footsteps of BlackRock and Fidelity in digital assets, but with an active multi-asset approach rather than single-token exposure.
