Strive disclosed to the US Securities and Exchange Commission that it had purchased 6,182 bitcoin between October 17 and October 23, at an average price of about $82,732 per coin, including fees. Its holdings increased from 36,818 to 43,000 BTC, while cash and cash equivalents rose from $317.5 million to $504.4 million. Strive also established an at-the-market programme allowing up to $1 billion of its 15% Series A Perpetual SATS preferred stock to be sold, without implying that the full amount has already been raised. Its next disclosures will show whether accumulation continues, how much preferred capital is actually sold, and whether bitcoin-per-share metrics improve following changes in its equity base.
