The publicly traded companies Strategy and Strive collectively scooped up 2,773 BTC for approximately $232 million, confirming the trend of businesses integrating Bitcoin into their treasuries. Strive Inc., trading under the ticker ASST and co-founded by Vivek Ramaswamy, acquired 1,800 BTC for approximately $143 million, representing an average price of about $79,431 per Bitcoin, bringing its total to approximately 25,000 BTC, making it the fifth largest corporate Bitcoin holder globally. Strategy, under the ticker MSTR, added 4,603 BTC valued at approximately $370 million during the same period. Strive funds its acquisitions through its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, ticker SATA, carrying a 13% dividend, while maintaining a debt-free funding strategy.
