Stellar recorded its lowest average transaction fee in seven days on October 11, dropping to just $0.00012, despite peak network activity. The network processed approximately 12 million transactions that day, averaging 139.15 transactions per second. This performance is attributed to the Stellar Protocol 28 upgrade called Adapter, which optimizes network speed and efficiency through CAP-83. Additionally, the value of real-world assets on Stellar has multiplied elevenfold since January 2025, growing from $300 million to $3.54 billion.
