Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) plans to offer institutional-grade crypto custody services in Singapore. These services will cover selected crypto assets, stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets, targeting institutional investors and corporate clients qualifying as accredited investors. The launch is conditional on obtaining necessary regulatory approvals and is targeted for the end of 2026. Standard Chartered already offers digital asset custody in the UAE, Luxembourg and Hong Kong, and folded Zodia Custody’s operations into its banking division in May 2026.
