SpaceX has chosen Nvidia to design the compute payload for its Starmind AI satellites. Both stocks rose Tuesday: Nvidia gained 3.03% to $212.91, while SpaceX jumped 8.67% to $124.46. Each satellite will carry Nvidia’s next-generation Rubin GPUs and Vera CPUs, with volume shipments starting this fall. SpaceX’s AI unit lost $6.4 billion on $3.2 billion in revenue last year. The FCC accepted SpaceX’s filing in February to deploy up to one million orbital data center satellites but has not yet ruled.
