South Korea has unveiled a three-phase roadmap to move its financial markets onto the blockchain starting in February 2027, covering the tokenization of stocks, bonds and funds. The Financial Services Commission plans a net annual investment cap of 100 million won, approximately 68,000 euros, per platform for retail investors. Avalanche has claimed a central role in this project, but the FSC’s official communication does not explicitly mention the blockchain. The AVAX token is up more than 24 % over thirty days, trading around $8.03.
