The Apex Fusion Foundation has opened Vector, a neutral settlement, accountability and provenance layer for AI agents. After eleven months live on mainnet and a pilot with OriginTrail, more than 20,000 work packages were processed by autonomous agents. The system is built on Cardano’s eUTXO model and provides on-chain identity, bonded escrow, jury-based dispute resolution and signed receipts with full chain of custody. A pilot called Ancestry processed 385,000 World War I archive records across more than 20,000 work packages, with every extracted fact traceable back to the model that produced it. The platform is now open to labs, companies, researchers and independent builders.
