Sentora split 50% Aave revenue, but suppliers absorb all losses

DeFi risk manager Sentora posted a governance proposal on September 28 to operate an isolated Aave V4 Hub on Ethereum, with a 50 % protocol revenue split between Sentora and the DAO. Sentora would control collateral choices, interest rate curves, liquidation parameters and oracles, while the DAO retains contract ownership and the power to revoke its roles. Risk increases would be subject to a 48-hour on-chain delay, but the DAO could not cancel a single scheduled action. Liquidity suppliers in the Hub would bear losses when a liquidation exhausts a borrower’s collateral, and the proposal specifies no Umbrella coverage or first-loss layer for this isolated Hub.
