Russia has escalated attacks on Ukrainian ports and maritime infrastructure since the beginning of the invasion. The head of Ukraine’s Ports Association disclosed that more than 300 vessels and over 1,000 infrastructure elements have been damaged. The Black Sea region remains a critical battleground with active hostilities continuing and no ceasefire in place. The conflict is now entering its fifth year. The prediction market for Ukraine recapturing Crimea has declined to 5.5%, down from 6% the previous day.
