Robinhood plans to launch perpetual futures for eligible US customers in the coming months. Eight crypto assets will be available: BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE, ADA, LINK and HYPE, with leverage up to 10x for Bitcoin and Ethereum and up to 3x for the other six assets. Trading fees are set at one basis point (0.01%) through the end of the year, with profit and loss settled every 15 minutes. The platform also introduced an AI tool called Robinhood Agents, which helps users create strategies and has been used nearly 30 million times per day by over 15,000 accounts since its May launch. According to CEO Vlad Tenev, Robinhood aims to become the best place in the world for active traders by providing tools once reserved for hedge funds and big banks.
