Robinhood has secured its first-ever formal underwriting role, joining the 18-bank syndicate managing Oura’s upcoming Nasdaq listing under the ticker OURA. The retail brokerage ranks last among the underwriters, behind major banks such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. For the nine months ended June 30, 2026, Oura reported 1.21 billion dollars in revenue, a 74 percent year-over-year increase, with approximately 5 million paid members and an 85 percent retention rate. The IPO could value the company at over 11 billion dollars and raise up to 3 billion dollars. Robinhood received regulatory approval for IPO underwriting in June 2026.
