David Schwartz, Ripple’s chief technology officer emeritus, announced that he would block most XRP users who repeatedly post irrelevant replies or unsolicited promotions under his posts on X. He has observed a growing number of insults, accusations, and crypto-related promotional messages in conversations he joins. According to him, this conduct disrupts his interactions and forces other X users to block him to avoid unwanted notifications. Schwartz also said he would block accounts that accuse him of fraud or scamming, whether their comments are positive or negative.
