Ripple has expanded its partnership with global investment manager Brevan Howard. Ripple Prime will now provide multi-asset prime brokerage, clearing and financing services to Brevan Howard funds. A Brevan Howard affiliate previously participated in Ripple’s 500 million dollar strategic investment round. Brevan Howard funds will now use Ripple infrastructure for functions typically associated with institutional prime brokers. This agreement positions Ripple further into institutional market infrastructure beyond its historical payments business.
